I'll be there again this year. Had a BLAST last year. I also will be bringing my buddy with his 19 Edge outboard from Secord lake (Brian Gibson).

Thanks Mike for helping again with this! We should be to the launch around 11:00-11:30 AM.

You can buy RECREATIONAL fuel 90 octane with no ethenol, and 110 RACE FUEL at the Marithon Station in Gaylord across from the State Police post. It is easily located on the Buisiness Loop.

    See you Saturday. Marc Morrell

Thanks Scott... there is nothing better I'd like to do than set out 1/2 an hour before dawn, before the winds kicks up and make a lap of the lake. It's beautiful.

Well, I hate to break everyone's heart but I can't make the meet this weekend at Lake Charlevoix. I guess the next get together we can make will be Oscoda in July. I guess I'm just getting too old to have that much fun. Hope to see all of you then. Chet.

I won't make it to this meet either. I wish there was more time in each day. Look forward to seeing everyone next time. Tom

What a great time! We rocked the lake...It was nice to meet Bill & Jen. Had one boat dead (shepped) with in the first 15 minutes. The lake pop was flowing hard and a few got shepped. Weather was great and the cops were cool despite the 911 calls. The jack found Shep and he busted one knee. Thanks to Dave for the tools...those jet boat guys always have a roll-away of tools in the boat. We finished the day with a bbq and pops.

Okay post up the pics and video....

I'm glad I made it out to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones. Always a good time with you guys. I'm thinking about opening "Bait's Towing and Mobile Marine Mechanic Service" for all you V-drive guys; maybe I'll recruit a wacker for faster service. :P I should throw 'recovery' in there for saving Harv's hat but that credit has to go to Jason for hanging off the bow and snatching it. Aside from my cut toe (zebra muscles), we made it out unscathed. Bill and Rob, Thanks for the help on the ramp setting the boat straight. The El Camino was a champ, and netted 15mpg on the way home.

Give me a night and I should have the videos posted.
