Where is this place?What launch and what time?Places to stay around the lake that dont have fleas?Any info would be great guys,it would be cool to meet everybody,b.s and burn some dino juice.Also how is this lake on loud exhaust.Thnx.
There you go Mike, we need this info so we can come and enjoy what you do. I'm driving up but not bringing the boat. Scott has to work and my days of launching a boat and acting like a kid are about over. I want to come up and enjoy the day with all of you and more than likely I'll need to get a Motel for the night. Hook us up with the info so we can be there. Thanks. Chet.

These motels are trailer friendly and don't have fleas.. and are the cheapest in the area.
We will launch in East Jordan at the public ramp and motor to Tourist Park, East Jordan...it is a short run from the ramp. It is located @ the bottom of the "south arm" of Lake Charlevoix.
You can't bring enough noise to this lake...there are no houses @ the bottom of south arm, so bolt on your zoomies!

E-85 boats can buy fuel @ Meijer on M-32 just outside Gaylord on your way here...about 4 miles west of I 75
Alky boats that need fuel, I can order a drum for $155....I have to place the order by Tues to have it here for the weekend...I do have some fresh alky here, but not enough for a few boats....let me know before Tues If I have to order fuel

Chet can you maybe put our spare fuel in there so its less of a pain to get it?to the beach not from here,

Per the conversation with Mike this morning; I'll be at Clam Lake (Torch) this weekend with the boat and my family for father's day. There's a good possibility that I'll make an appearance since I'll be so close. Just playing it by ear. Maybe I can get them all to come with and watch the sunset.
I wish, it started out as a mild gout, but I kept working and I put some miles on a day, which lead to a severe infecton. The last thing my doctor said is "if you like to have two feet you will do this" so... yah. I love that lake, maybe later this summer I can get up there.
