    I have to go to court Monday in big rapids for my boat get swamped and sunk! Please if anyone seen anything please will you fax me your statement!
    Thanks to everyone who helped me! I will never forget the helping hands! Sorry if I was a asshole to anyone ... I just had got it back together, I was pissed.

    I would like to personaly thank Mark "Unchained" for all his help ... Does anyone have marks number?

    I was happy to help out Kevin.
    When we were driving by and I saw the point of the bow sticking up I knew you guys had your hands full. We were 1/2 in the bag already but an emergency can sober you up real quick.



    That was my first experience at helping recover a sunken boat and there certainly is a huge sense of helplessness involved.

    You weren't rude to anyone that I saw. The girl on the dock in the black bikini was though.
    You still had a sense of humor when you said, "I don't want to get any water in the gas" when the boat was 7' underwater already.

    Hey guy it really is a shame that someone actually had something to do with your boat sinking and seeing that everybody is asking the same question's about this issue could you give us a hint on what might have happend ?

    I think it is possibly in his best intrest to stand mute as there is possibly a law suit impending or he may have ended up being charged with something himself as a result of the situation. Kevin, no matter what is a VERY stand up guy and I wish him the best win lose or draw..................

    Thumbs down I lost ...

    Cop got up on stand and lied right to my face and the judge. I have lost a lot of respect for the law... just to charge me a few bucks!

    Only 2 of the 15 statements were presented in court. And the people that showed up to testify for them should be ashamed.

    Names and phone numbers to come...........

    Cop said, I never said anything about someone swamping my boat.

    A person is responsible for the damage done by there wake!
    They refused to go after that person 3 times and denied it. "SICK"

    they had no proof, just the cops lies.

    not one bit of oil came from my boat!

    You should have heard the cop on the stand ranting about the damage to river and environment, when the fact was he tried to STOP me in the ramp so that any of the oil or gas would go into the river, so he could ticket me.

    I have seen them bend the law but this takes the cake people.
    Its just about money..... that's messed up

    someone could have drowned or been missing they did not care to even ask or throw a life ring while I was in distress.

    Cops are good for not one thing!

    We elect these people...

    They need to burn in hell with the guy the swamped my boat ... DICKS!
