    Default Had a good weekend with the boat..

    We put the boat in cinncinatis cavalcade of customs show downtown in the duke energy center. we won our class due to the fact we were the only boat this yr,but when we arrived sunday am to the show the big suit&tie judges were going over it. was told to go to the special awards sunday evening and we won the best engine of the whole show.. was the first time in the shows 51yrs that a boat ever won this award!! beat several turn table cars and killer dragsters& bikes for this award so feel'n good about the long weekend now.. took a phone call today and was ask to bring it back this weekend for a week long cincy boat&travel show for display. ask for a free booth to promote my buisness and got a $1800 booth for free for bringing the boat over way cool.Click image for larger version.  Name: IMG_3567.jpg  Views: 18  Size: 93.3 KB  ID: 101843Click image for larger version.  Name: IMG_3555.jpg  Views: 23  Size: 97.4 KB  ID: 101844

    Really didnt think it ws nice enough but we kind think we won because its not down in a engine bay and right up and at ya so you can see the whole engine?? there was some real nice turn table cars and most of them had some sort of painted covers around there engines.. cant figure out why we won but thats a good guess.. judges make the call and we will take it. here is a pick of it un finished as its the best up close i have of the engine.Name: 66%20Beisemeyer%20FB%201.jpg Views: 148 Size: 29.9 KB

    YES!! IT does suck to sit around for 3 days but we drank lots of BEER and bullshited with lots of old friends and new ones.. even meet some others with flatties/jets so my june party on the river is starting to take form. will post details about this soon.

    Maybe they were impressed because it's a FORD and it RUNS All kidding aside, very clean looking set up !!!!

    I just puked in my mouth. Harley you don't need to bring a video camera....Yooper and Flatie will be out of the shot while the ford is still on the line with both pedals down
