Minnesota/Wisconsin Test & Tune Day?

Anyone up for a Test / Tune day somewhere in Minnesota or Wisconsin? I'm ready to take out my new flat out, however do not want to run it on the St. Croix river the first time out. I feel a little safer on a smaller lake with some others boats around.
I'm open to either a late afternoon weekday, or a Saturday morning. Any thoughts?? I will drive down to Clear Lake (Gibbon,MN), however I sure would like to find a lake within 50 mi. of Hudson that I won't get kicked off of for noise. Jocko

I still haven't been out yet, due to the very windy conditions the past few days. Now it's off /on rain predicted all weekend. I'm gonna wait until next week on a weekday. I'll probably launch in Stillwater and go north a short ways to a smooth spot.
The St. Croix river is awesome on the weekends, however I only run my 22' Cole due to the BIG boat wakes from cruisers. During the week it can be like glass when it's not windy. If you ever want to come down this way, let me know and we can meet up. Jocko
