I know I'm new and this is my first post but I never have had a reason to go "off the reservation" before, but I have been wronged and I want to spread the word.
This is the link to another site where he frequents and I'm calling him out. He took advantage of my fiance. Not me, my fiance. Go look for yourselves and if you guys tell me I'm stupid, I will accept that and go away. But if not, please get on there and say your piece and help support the little guy here.
I have just found this place and want to explore it, it sounds like you guys want to have fun. I like that!
Anyway, you guys make up your own minds, you don't have to register to read the thread.........

Well it looks like he has a court date on the 27th of April I would show up then and ask one more time in person to get it fixed right or the next stop would be the clerk of courts for more paper work for him to show up again in court.

I would go see him in person, either my parts or my money or if he does not produce that then a blanket party is in order to start with

Sounds like you are the least of bob's problems....and your parts have probably been sold to someone else and it doesn't sound like you have much of a paper trail for any legal recourse. It might be a good idea to just call it a lesson learned, the hard way.
If it was me, i would probably keep track of dude, wait about 6 months and
ask my buddy "karma' to pay him a visit...if for nothing else than a lesson concerning how socially unacceptable it is to take advantage of a girl.

We race at Blarneys Island with him. We have however never had any business transactions though. Sounds like a shitty situation, and I hope the courts settle it.
