sandbar bash 2010 altair,tx. 16 oct

there will be a gathering and cook out on the colorado river in altair,tx. probably show up there about 10 am, and start cooking,guess i will drag my mom's hydro over there,saturday morning. if you are near altair, feel free to stop by. altair is 10 miles south of columbus ,tx on hwy 71, and columbus is about 70 miles from downtown houston, the boat ramp is located right under the hwy 90 bridge, for more info you can go over to texashotboats.com for more info.

So once I put in under Hwy 90A...which way do I go to get to the sand bar...?

they usually go up river, i have been down river ,but not very far, ya might want to contact coolglastron over on texashotboats.com
he runs there all the time.

you need to run your kurtis in front of me tim, so you find the sandbar with your v-drive before i find it with mine.

Randall you can follow me... I will be in the outboard... I would hit before you..., but i know the river and i wont hit anything. smooth sailing.

what a great day on the colorado river! nice hot water, great friends awesome ride for me, one of our boats decided to find a sandbar and park on it, but all in all great time!
