Poker runs west sets 2012 events

I'm paying $425 for Desert Storm. I'm guessing it a chance to win a pot of money from the Poker Run. It is a Poker Run correct??

Nothing we have scheduled for this year costs $300. The last Bridge to Bridge event was $300 four years ago. We are working on a new event for Sacramento for the fall or next year.

The Sacramento run May 19 is free, Shasta June 16 is $100 and Tahoe July 21 is $200. Each event is different but generally speaking helicopter photos, awards, parties etc. are included.

There will be more information at Poker Runs West posted as the events get closer.

If I read right... and I did make it past the 3rd grade (last time I checked) your website actually states:

SACRAMENTO FESTIVAL OLD SACRAMENTO
minimum boats required: 30
cost: $300

Is this "FESTIVAL" to include a Bridge to Bridge run?... and if so, could you just explain to the folks that would be CONSIDERING spending this kind of scrap on your event and what it includes?
