Never been there...so what areas are good to camp?...with tent or sleep in the truck-bed?...maybe leave boat anchored out..

Sounds like a good place, we went to Cammanche in the 70s-90s what a great place..headed up river for the day,came back and raced untill dark...but now I've been told its pretty dark there and the camping isnt what it was....we would camp 10' from the water,leave the boats in...our own beach, the kids loved it....now I'm looking out for the grand-kids so they can enjoy what I belive boatings all about

We will be there on Saturday with a couple slow jet boats. We will be in the wrinkle cove day use area. If anybody else is going to be there stop by and say hi.

Hey Chris,
How did your boat run? You should have waited to go on Sunday!

The boat ran good. We went with some other people and they had plans on sunday. We didn't realise that they were shooting off fireworks on Saturday night, so the whole place was packed and crowded. The water was rough most of the day and there were a lot of boats there. But we still had a good time.
