    Default Clear Lake boaters

I lost my job of 20 + years at Piedmont and have started my own business in Lakeport at 75 Soda Bay road. My son and I do fiberglass and gel coat work along with anything else that needs attention on your boat from mechanical to appearance.
We will safety check your boat, wash and polish, change the oil or what ever else your baby needs.
We are car / boat guys trying to make it doing what we can to survive.
Attached are pictures of our toys.
We would love to work on yours.

    Hi Eugene,
Thank you from Becky and I. I am determined to make things work! We are going to run the boat this week. She is all ready to go. I am thinking mid-week when all is quiet on the lake. Want a ride in my flattie? It would be a pleasure for us to take you for a ride.
Hey, whatever it takes to get on the water!

Good luck on your new business. Our flat is still in pieces. Just an old cruiser to use out in the lake (does 10mph on a good day).

    Hey norcal,
Boats like yours are what I want to work on. I am really cheap right now (but not easy). Maybe you have something to trade for to get your baby runnin', just a thought.
I am at the back of Detail Plus just past the theater.

I will stop by sometime. I have a handle on most things mechanical. Do you know anyone around here with 1/2 pitch blower pulleys? Also looking for a single groove balancer-to-blower pulley adapter.

I don't have any blower stuff, but I will ask around. I have always had a tunnel ram.I would really like an old Hilborn set up with the tall staggered stacks. E-bay may be a good place to look for used blower parts. I am going to put my boat back in the shop to get ready for Sundays ride. Come by and check it out.

Hey Lucky how you been doin' ? What other stuff do you have? I may be buying a 71 Sanger but there are no motor mounts or exhaust. Got anything cheap?

Norcal73 it was great to meet you today. I wish I had brought the boat to the shop for you to check out, like I said we will have to go for a ride just to get you back in a flattie before the summers gone! Maybe we should pull the motor in your ride and see just what is wrong with it. Might just be a worn bearing...you never know without looking!

That would be cool to go for a ride. I am going to pull the old motor out of our sanger really soon.

We have the other engine close to being ready to drop in the Sanger. Might be doing that this weekend. Make it by sometime.
