Lake Berryessa

Well the season seems to be starting good for all the Norcal Lakes. Just took a ride up around Lake Berryessa thru the Capay Valley and up into Lower Lake area last weekend. Berryessa is full all the way to the northend of Berryessa-Knoxsville Road. and going on past the bridge into the marshes which I havent seen wet in 10 years. We rode up thru the valley - That road is TERRIBLE! 5mph and single lane most of the way. For being owned by Napa County which is one of the richest in the bay area it sure is certain that they dont spend their money on the recreational areas - only on the "WINE CUNTRY"... Anyway - once we got to the Colusa County line and the road is Morgan Valley Rd. wow what a difference. That road was pristine and lots of fun to wind the ol two-wheeler up on and have some twisty fun.

Yea I know this aint got much to do with boating but wanted to get the water report out, and show off my new bike.... 2011 Victory Cross Country....

What day did you go? A buddy and I went Sunday, but went through the valley to Clear Lake first then down to Berryessa. Stopped at Turtle Rock for egg rolls and beer then home.

we went on "WINDY" Saturday.... Im sure Sunday was even better!!!!
