    heres some more ribcon pictures. if you have never done the rubicon its a must if you get a chance





    in the last picture we started down by the lake and climbed up the granite to the top

    right on you guys made the trip and ran the CON huh ... i live near the trail head and have taken my jeep i use to have thru it about 15-20 times in the past 3-5 yrs . it is a Must if you like 4 wheeling .. even if you dont the Scenery is breathe taking in some spots (Gods Country) ..
    every year they have a Sponsored trip thru the rubicon called th4e Jeepers Jamboree . its like 300 a person for 3 meals a day for 3 days and if you break they make sure you get fixxed they pay a couple oif my friends that run a repair shop to be up there on the trail and fix any broke rigs (Really Cool idea) .. town i live in use to be the Staging area for this Sponsored trip . street be packed with 100's of some bad ass jeeps andMajor party going on . damn talkin bout this is makin me miss my Jeep now lol .. i juss got a Harley so i guess if i ever get bored of Riding i can always try n trade it for a Jeep lol ... Glad ya had a Blast on the Trail .. there are better trails then the Rubicon up here but thats for us Locals to know about

    problem with one place is there is Only room for about 30 rigs to park and the trail ends at this Really Beautiful lake (size of a BIG Pond) so its always full when i go there.. and they dont open the gates till the Ground is Dry and close it before it starts raining.. at 6000ft it dont dry very soon.. maybe 2-3 months its open MAX and few parkin spots at end of trail equal keep it hush hush or you'll never be able to get a spot at the end lol ..

    are you speaking of Bebee Lake?

    I also miss my ole Jeep, lots of great memories!

    never heard of BeeBee lake ... was talkin bout Barrett Lake and good luck finding it .. not an easy place to find and ive been there atleast 7-8 times.. my old jeep 97 wrangler that i ripped everything out from under and put wagoneer dana 44's under it with alloy shafts and long armed it and tons of other mods to suspention

    I think I still have the map to Barrett. We had a plan to take a trip up there but never made the trip. 1 of the guys in our group wrecked his Jeep pretty good so we called it off but never made another plan to go.
    Beebe Lake is off 88 southwest of Silver Lake. Here is an interactive map to play around with-

    alot of people had their doubt's about us doing it on qaud's. we are going to run it again next year when it warms up some. its alittle tougher with the qaud's seeing how you cannot climb over the rocks as much as with a jeep. it is a great trail though.
