Just picked it up this morning!
1968 Chevelle Malibu
327/ Turbo 350
Factory AC car with power steering and brakes.

Runs good. It's tired but I plan to paint it and do lots of work over the next few months!

So, should I paint it Silver-
With black racing stripes?




Or Black, with white Stripes?

+1 I was thinking that. I also am thinking 18" chrome IROC rims. Exhaust Blogna Cut out the back under the bumper. Tintine the back three windows 5% and the front 35%.

I've been debating weather or not to add the stripes myself.
It's a difficult decision for me because the stripes came on the 69 chevelles not the 68's.

(personally i always wanted to build a 69' all white with a black vinyl top)

IMO don't use IROC rims..
Go with something more race style &/or shiney or even Rally's (I LOVE RALLY's.. you can get em in all sizes now a days)
