    Default Rinehart or V&H

I have long shots on my softail, love them. Not sure I want something that loud on the RK, but I want true duals. I like the look of the Rineharts on the RK over the V&H. Rinehart makes a baffle (if I need it). Pricey though, but nice. Anyone running Rineharts? good, bad? Anyone have a hookup?

I wussed out and went with Rinehart tips, new air filter and the Harley tuner thing. Where I live good chance of getting popped for true duals. Will probably get popped for the tips but thats an easy fix it ticket. Not much difference in price though.

I did Rineharts with the Harley download. I like the sound. Not too loud when you're crusing and just loud enough going through the gears. Since it was at the dealer I had them do the chrome front end package

Looking for rims now. Not sure what I want, just don't want wire spokes. Still not sure if I want to keep the whitewalls or not. They go good with the wires, probably not with anything else though.

Ive got V&H bigshots true duals on my road glide. They're pretty damn loud, almost too loud. They sound great though, just a little quieter and they would be perfect.

Rineharts are (were) nice quality. There has been some issues with the company. Not sure if they are even shipping. They were part of Bubs and there was a separation. The Bubs seem to be the way most of my customers are going now.

Honestly, I am a two in to one guy. D&D Fat cat or Boarzilla. If not that, a Rich Products Thunderheader is hard to beat as well. The D&Ds consistantly make more HP than anything else out there. My co-worker took a stock a 96", HD 211 cams, PC, and high flow with some really good tuning and made almost 100ftlbs and 93 hp. That is awesome out of a 96 without much work.

I did run True Dual Rineharts. Also had Bubs. With my set up the Thunder Header made the most power on the dyno. But Damn they are loud. I am now running a Bassani 2 into 1 header. Almost as much power. 146 HP with the Thunder hHeader vs. the Bassani at 141 hp. The Bassani is much nicer at cruise then the Thunder Header. So that is what I will be running for awhile.

I have Longshots on the softail. I love them, but they are a little loud. Not much about that bike is legal, so it really didn't matter. But I want to keep the RK as close to legal as possible.
