I have heard nothing but good things about them. The 4 wheel drive system is great and they have enough power to keep you out of trouble. I was impressed with the back seat as well. They were designed so your straddling the front seats so even big guys will fit. I fit and I am 6'3". I would look into a 12 foot carson trailer. They are the best and they are willing to deal with you.
I have heard rumors of a RZR 4 900 coming out this year so if you want something with more power you may want to wait it out.

    Good luck

Here's a quick vid we shot with one on a REAL dune ride.
It can go on a advanced run in big dunes and be just fine- hardpack should be fine but Ive only duned with them and had a blast.

The thing is very competent, handles well and has enough power to be fun, there are affordable turbo kits that make the thing rock. Kind of reminds me of the older but excellent honda pilots scaled up very nice little machine. I would love to but one if I didnt have 2 boats, 2 quads, a toy hauler and a yz 450 & a 36 foot rv diesel pusher.

No - Its not the equivalent of a rotary turbo purpose built sand car.

The new 900 Rayzor rocks balls. A true mini rail in my mind.

This is pretty much what I do in the winter. I hook up with various casts of characters out there.

Forgive the shameless plug for my pet company.

I had the clip put together as a quasi gift to the guys that put the trip together.

Oh yeah the Ice chest in the back of the Razor wasnt. It had a car battery and a rocking stereo in it with speakers mounted all over it so when we stopped for an (amber colored beverage) the guy would DJ for us off his Ipods. Loudest Ice chest Ive ever seen. Pretty cool.

The character in the orange quad is Eric from Teague Custom Marine.
Cool bike -bad luck he blew the tranny on that ride.

The guy with the Razor was a "new guy" on the trip.
Nice young guy very polite and not in anyones way.
Just as important brought at least one cute chick.

Pretty amazing how the 6 degrees of separation work!

The group of "kids" on this trip were great, they showed up with a backlit full size handmade beer pong table, and a plethora of cute babes.
Id hang with that group of guys anyday.
