Havasu lot trade for ????...located on california side
Ive got a lot on the california side(north estates) thats deeded land with utilities(water,phone,electric) its a few miles north of the casino. Its right about 10k sq ft. If you google earth it, its right behind the mini sand bar about 1-200yrds from the water, There about 200 lots in that area
I own 2 lots there, but want to keep one. Any interesting trades out there?...id say somewhere in the 20k range
