Also if i am going to give someone a great deal on a vacation home i would like it to be a freind. Also just so you know you can write off the rent when tax time comes around. Also a few trips there and back because you are checking on your rental property. so it comes out to a pretty good deal. Especially if you are already paying over 100$ a month for boat storage
