Chiming problem I need HELP !!!

I need help I have a 16' Daytona sprint runner bottom with a Merc 260 efi
if I try to trim the boat up it starts to chime
is there any one out there that has eliminated this problem that can help

I have seen this before...could be a few things.

The key is to do one change at a time.

I'd think I'd start with a few different props..see what that does.

Then I'd consider motor set back and engine height ...(one change at a time)

Find out who else owns this type of boat...they may have experience.

PM my crew chief "Badbait" ...he is a set up guru.
