Overhaul on a johnson

Hey guys ive got an 86 johnson 60hp. I know not what u would call high performance. Lol ive got to overhaul it. Punch it out 20-30 over. My question is. Can do anything to bump the horse up. For example stroke it higher compression etc. Not sure where to look for parts or even if i can get such parts. I know i can get stock p.arts just dnt know bout aftermarket. Thanks for any input Nick

Anybody? Anything. Even if its "hey stupid its a johnson the dnt make performance parts " lol i dnt know
