Looking for a Good Johnson Outboard Mechanic in San Diego

My buddy has a 225 Johnson that needs service and he is looking for a good mechanic in San Diego to take it to. He is also having issues with his jack plate. Anyone know of a good mechanic in San Diego?

Thanks. Anyone know of a good mechanic down in San Diego. I would like someone who is familiar with custom boats and jack plates.

I'm with Steve, it will be well worth your drive to go have Al work on your rig. Hell, I live 5 hours away, and if I had a high perf. Johnrude setup, I'd make the drive to take it to Al.
