    Default 200 black max

Went to the lake the other day and it would not go above 1500 rpm and come out of the hole. After much trying and frustration it finally took off. Stopped and started at least 15 times and thought problem was solved. Went back to the lake the next day and the same thing happened all over again. I had just put on a new merc brand stator and the trigger and switch boxes are fairly new and a new regulator. Had just had the carbs cleaned and a new water pump put in. Timing has been checked. Could it possibly be the adjustment on the trigger arm is out ? I thought at first it was a fuel problem but whe I tried to choke it just bogged out. Know this is alot but have been fighting this all summer long and getting tired. Thanks for the help
