    Default steering actuator

    i have a 93 cole with the old version steering actuator...does anyone know if the new version is a direct replacement? it looks like the plumbing is a little different...mine is leaking...

    Merc sells a replacement kit for the old Saginaw cylinder. It comes with the hoses. Any Merc dealer can get you the kit. I may even have one in stock.

    is the new version better? would it make since to convert while i'm at it?

    Yes it is the new one. The old ones aren't available anymore from Merc.
