There first matter of business was to terminate the Std DCB starter kit. The old kit included registration decals, color matched ropes, and a box anchor. THE NEW 2009 JOSE and Paul KIT INCLUDES...

Seems as though, a formal complaint has been filed. the person in question is stating " ITS NOT HIS FAULT, BUT A SIERIES OF EVENTS"
