They havent even pulled the mold off of the plug. They were working on the deck the other day. They changed the name of the company to Viper Powerboats as well. There still tooling the bottom of the boat. It wont be done for some time.

They have been spending some coin in powerboat mag to advertise for some time now. Seems like a waste to go and change the name.
Look in the new Powerboat the add has been changed to the new name. The original owner of Pure is part owners in the new boats, but there is a major money backer in the new boat and he is covering all the advertising costs.. i could post some pics of the boat next week.. Were doing some work for them.

I remember a few years ago Mirage I think? Spent a TON of money in Hot Boat with tri-fold ads for months touting how great they were and the cutting edge design. Then money ran out and when Hot Boat tested they ripped them pretty good. We all know how that boat company ended up. Throwing money at ads doesn't make a great boat. I wish the goodluck and can't wait to see finish product.

I have seen this boat from day one and a stck of plywood.
I read this thread last night and i was curious because i know the builder well
see him on a daily basis,so i asked what kind of work Concept was doing for him.
His reply to me was Huh? I've never fockin met the guy!
Concept boats are looking good and you could have a real winner with them
but cut out all the BS.

I have to admit I was gonna have a liitle fun with this, just to see how far you would take it, but then the better part of me realizes that this could get really embarrassing for you !..
What kind of man takes credit for another man's work ???.. "YOU HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BUILDING OF THIS BOAT !!.. (WE'VE NEVER EVEN MET YOU !.. IN FACT, WHO ARE YOU ?) Two solid years of sweat and vigor not to mention the money that it takes to create a piece like this new 32'.. And then you cruise along in your bid to make a difference among the ranks of those of us who have actually paid our dues for many many years.
It's difficult for me to offer up well wishes to a person who has absolutely no respect for what's involved in the scratch building of a boat plug .
You need to stop this now, cause I'm one of those guys that has paid his dues in this industry and I do know the "entire history" of the boat that your building so stop your lies and don't make me get into the details of who you are, and the havoc that you have reaked, cause with great effort, I've kept my mouth shut to this point ... I hope you learn something from this young man !..

First of all Pablo is not the only owner, and your right ive never even met the guy. Here he does great work though. Their is another owner in that whole deal. And its not my place to name names, but there is another owner involved in that deal that is putting most of the money into that plug, and he is a very nice guy.
