Default bravo one in place of alpha one????

how much work is involved in replacing an alpha one drive with a bravo one outdrive?
Are the tansom plates the same?
Are the bolt patterns the same?
Are the propshaft heights the same?

Same propshaft height, same bolt pattern on the transom, you just 2 holes at the top, different Gimbal assy (transom plate), different engine coupler, needs a belt driven sea water pump. Those are the main things to consider.
