I need to replace the entire floor of my 21' Hallett and have a couple questions I was hoping to get some direction on. Should I use 1/2" or 5/8" marine ply and are the TAP plastic resigns a good product for marine use? Should I screw the floor down to the stringers, glue it or both? What do I do where the floor meets up with the hull of the boat. I understand that I need to glass the joint where they meet but is there a glue or epoxy that I put down before laying the floor up? Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
