Where would you recommend getting fiberglass supplies and what weight/type of resin, cloth etc...?

Where are you located? If you would put some info in your profile, I/we wouldn't have to ask.

keep cutting till its in a lil pile then go get a v drive. no really its no big deal. get some polyester resin and fether back the edges. i have used wax paper uner hull so resin wont bond to then put block of woof at the crack . mix polyester and glass fibers together as a paste and mash it in crack . however this will only work for the cut as you say. post a pic so we can help better

    HAHA.... little pile!

Thank you so much. This boat is going to be so much more work and money than it is worth but I really like the style and layout of the boat. I really appreciate any help.

    I will check out sher-fab.com.

    You are right.

Do i need to find marine grade ply for the floor or can i just resin the heck out of standard 3/4" ply?

Thank you for all the help.

Does anyone have expierience wih installing a bow tank in a simalr boat? Is this recommended? i have seen these style boats with side tanks bot at $250 each plus plumbing it doesnt make sense. I hate doing the 6 gal metal tanks in the back but i am concerned about weight distribution. Any ideas?

    Thanks.
