Default chopping up a tahiti and making it different

I picked up a jet boat and so far I have installed new stringers and cut 1.5 out of the side of the boat less freeboard
Heres a pic of me cutting off the 1.5 off the side then the deck was a touch too long and a bit wide so I sectioned the deck almost 2"
Then after I set the deck back on I decided the dash needed to come back a foot and turn the boat in to a long deck. Due to its only going to be a 2 seater anyway Here is where I cut the deck and dash

Now I had to raise the deck and inch to keep it flowing upward... as I pull the dash back
This is how far I got as of yesterday.. Here is the new long deck... with a 90" cockpit, I still have some glassing to do on the top side to make it straight and then flip it back over cut all the old bracing out and install new stuff. Also cut the dash out and made a new one and made it all smooth

    thanks!
All snow is gone.. Hoping to have all the new wood cut out this weekend for the deck ready to be glassed back in. So I can get the deck back on the hull. I need the room back in the shop lol This is suppose to be my fall project. I just want to get all the grinding glass work done while its still cool outside and glass work so it can sit and cure for a few months and shrink or what ever it does

Still working on it.. Just got the glass for all the new wood I put in under the deck.. Hope to get that glassed in this weekend.. Then the deck can go back on.. I spent about 4hrs last night fitting the deck back to the hull. Nothing lined up do to the cutting of the freeboard. I ended up taking 3/8th of an inch and 1/2 I took out of the hull.. I can see the light now of a killer new looking hull once the deck is on
