your options are pretty limited. Prep it as you would any small liquid applied paint repair, sand affected area to clean for adhesion and feather slightly for a cleaner repair blend. with a small brush or q-tip dab in some primer if necessary for corrosion protection, sand slightly to scuff and even out surface and again dab in top color coat, if it's a single solid color you can build it a little high and lightly sand flush and polish to shine. If it's a metalic, texture, or vein type paint your likely going to have to accept something less than an exact match. If you know who applied the p.c call them to see if the powder mfg. has some liquid touch up available. Co's like Cardinal paints, Sherwin Williams etc. that mfg. both liquids and powders will sometimes have some liquid touch up paint available. Good luck, hope this helps.
