    Default Tipping off?

I'm using the West System Epoxy for some fiberglass repairs.

The West book talks about "Tipping Off" the Epoxy with a foam roller cut in half and dragging it over the Epoxy, but they don't say what this step does.

I'd just like to know why do this?

I know about "Tipping Off" the Bar Stool...but not tipping off epoxy.

Hey guy , basicly that is a term used when removeing bubbles and roller marks which i would not even bother with unless you are trying to achive a final epoxy barrier coat .
