Maintaining the shine.
last winter I color sanded and buffed the whole boat. It really shined great for most of the season. Its getting dull again in a lot of spots, especially in the darker metal flake areas around the rubrail, and especially the transom. I use liquid wax products every time I clean the boat. Is there anything I can do to keep it shining longer? I don't have to funds for painting it this season(motor swap).

believe it or not, a buddy of mine uses lemon fresh "Pledge" and it really works pretty
good as long as it's gelcoat, and not paint!
