The wood did not look rotted as I had thought, only bad where old bolt holes were, A fiberglass guy told me that it would be ok to glass this one side and overlap the old glass with the new. The guy cutt all the old glass off, then glassed from the bottom (floor) to just over the top of the stringer covering the old glass, my question is,,,,,,,is this ok???? the work is done and looks great, but i have read that you are supposed to glass both sides if you are going to do this. The other side of the stringer was ok, no delamination,,, so is this ok????????????????
