Very Low hour Place Diverter

I bought this for my jet and never put it on....sold jet now this must go. I believe that its for a Berk, but am not sure. The pump I had was a Dominator and the guy I purchased this from said that it would fit. Here are some pics. You will need to get a cable. If someone can point me in the right direction as to tell exactly what model this is, would be greatly apprecaiated. Thanks for looking. $450.00 to your house insured (conusa).
