BBC rectangle port tunnel ram

Bought this BBC polished weiand single carb rectangle port tunnel ram trying to use it on oval ports couldn't get it to seal right.
bought it for $300 looking to get what I paid plus shipping via fed ex

pics of it alone were before I installed and polished it, it could use another polish job

Yes rect gaskets were used

Where was it leaking at...? You can use a rec intake on oval port heads, has the intake been port matched at one time. Maybe it's been opened up too far to seal. I'm looking for a polished tunnel but for oval ports heads, I planned to do what you did, but I'm guessing I'd have the same problem with it.

im not sure where it was leaking and i dont think its been port matched

I know this thread has been up for a bit, but I was just wondering if you made sure to get the square port gaskets with upper bolt holes? I just put this same type of tunnel ram on my oval port heads and they sealed up just fine using gascacinch and rtv.
