WTB imco 3" short lower case

we need a 3" lower imco sc case for a project we are working on all we need is the case and shaft but open to looking at a complete lower

Imco -3" shorty takes a standard imco -2" shorty lower unit but it is used with imco's -1" upper unit which makes it a total of 3" shorter. There is no -3" lower unit.

we have scx uppers with sc lowers they are marked -3 on the casethey look shorter than the -2 lowers that we have

Well maybe I was misinformed. I do know that on -3 imco drive combo the upper has an offset by the cavitation plate/splash guard. This allows the prop clearance into the upper unit. Does your scx upper have this?
