    Default Aqua Performance

How refreshing it is to deal with someone in the boating industry that is willing to take the time to make it right for the customer. Manuel not only sold me the step I needed, but he also refurbished my old one so I can sell it myself. They will rebuild your step for $25.00 instead of just trying to sell you a new one. This is our 7th boat, we are building a new KMG Phantom 26. We need a specific step made that would fit our swim step. Manuel took the extra time and trouble to help us find the exact fit from their product. Eddie Marine's "general manager" should learn a lesson in customer service from this fine company.

Couldnt agree more! I sent in one of my steps to get the rubber replaced last year, i think it was $10 for the rubber replacement and another $5 for shipping but dont quote me on that. Manuel had it back to me sooner then he said would, great customer service!

On another note, excited to see the new 26' Kevin is going to build for you, i assume that he got the mold from DCB? He did the name on my boat back in March, came out great and under what he originally quoted me...Kevin is good people. When i was there he was telling me that he was talking to Dave about buying the 26' mold from him, looks like it happned.

So give us the details!!!!! Color, power, etc. etc.

Really nice boat and the colors are off the hook! Painting the cowls will be icing. Congratulations on the new boat!

That looks sweet! Keep us updated on the build and how it performs when you get it out on the water. Good to see Kevin building a new boat.
