im old enough to remember when truckers were some of the best people on the road , most of my family has been involved in trucking in one way or another . now its gatorade bottles full of piss littering the side of the road and holes in the sleeper to rid the #2 ! ive just gotten my background from tsa cleared for hazmat , and i dont even wear a turbin ! sorry for the thread jack !
Well lets see. The worst one had the entire truck on the wrong side of the road, head on into a SUV, killing every one on board, and the truck driver was WAAAAAY passed his hours behind the wheel and fell asleep.
the other involved a trailer dolly coming off a flat bed trailer and landing on the hood/windshield of a elderly couple and killing them both.

If you watch the video it shows the impact was on the the truckers side of the road, so how could it be his fault if he was on his side of the road?

Yes let us all blame the trucker because its always their fault!!!! Even though it was a three 3 get it 3 lane highway and the truck was being pulled out of the SLOW lane. That truck did not move after the impact so lets not think the SUV tried passing (going to fast-lost control and ran into the trucK). Just take the easy dumb-ass route and blame the truck, never seen anybody hauling ass on that stretch! Mark
