    Default push one for.....

    I am so fed up with this labor savings device. I dail multiple numbers, say couple words, take over 4 minutes to get a live person. Each time I'm on hold you listen to advertisements for something you don't want.

    Bought a freezer from Sears. Confirmed delivery for today between 1:30-3:30. At 4pm start calling. finally get a live body and they say they cannot deliver today, and will try tomorrow. TRY my ass. Already took half a day off. Told them I will p/u at the store. Have to call the store to arrange. Couple more minutes of punching numbers and only get voice mail. Going back to the store and getting my money back. They can keep the damn freezer.

    Labor savings device. You piss off all your customers, no longer need any labor.

    works for me,we called dish,2 tvs no worky,yes you in big water,ut? yes,ok 6-7 days we get someone out!? fock you!ok ,so they show up today and fix it.so in the mean time we call DIRECT TV,30$ less same *****their coming out in the morning to take dish out and put direct in.wifey spent 1-1/2 hours on the phone with dish(india)

    I cannot F**K**G stand talkin to india via our american customer service hotlines .Can't understand that jibberish to save my life.

    I think Direct now owns Dish.

    dont even bother with sears, what once was a great reputable company has become a sad excuse for a store.Their service is the worst ever, I wont go into detail (dont have that many hours to type) but in the last 2 years have had nothing but trouble with everything from tires to appliances, and after 20 years as a customer I tore my card in half and through at a dumbass sales lady, ripped up my service contract up, paid em off and gave em the bird!
