Already took half a day off. Told them I will p/u at the store. Have to call the store to arrange. Couple more minutes of punching numbers and only get voice mail. Going back to the store and getting my money back. They can keep the damn freezer.

dont even bother with sears, what once was a great reputable company has become a sad excuse for a store.Their service is the worst ever, I wont go into detail (dont have that many hours to type) but in the last 2 years have had nothing but trouble with everything from tires to appliances, and after 20 years as a customer I tore my card in half and through at a dumbass sales lady, ripped up my service contract up, paid em off and gave em the bird!
