All Boats Invited to the Magic/Sleek Regatta this weekend

    Default All Boats Invited to the Magic/Sleek Regatta this weekend

    What a great way to spend Fathers Day! Take dad to the lake for a regatta!

    Unlike most regattas, we invite all boats to the annual Magic/Sleek Regatta this
    weekend at the Nautical Inn at Lake Havasu. No matter what type of boat you have, you are invited! Last year we had several DCB's, Eliminators, Nordics and several Conquests
    and were happy to have them!

    It starts Friday evening at 5pm with registration at the Nautical Inn until 9 pm.

    Then Saturday, there will be activities for the kids at kids club, helicopter photo shoots, group photos, huge boat parade under the bridge, poker run, prizes, dinner and a huge party.

    Last year was huge and we look forward to another big regatta with lots of fun for
    everyone attending.

    JB: speaking of some "magics" on the water....last weekend I took a photo from the balcony
    at Kings Condos in the channel and below out of 14 boats were 8 magics. I told Ron about it
    and he said, well I guess you have some work to do don't you!

    Hope to see lots of you out there this weekend. and the Ultras too!

    I think it's every Father's Day weekend. Has been for a while. I think I'll try to weasle my way into a helo shot or two.

    Funny thing is when you see the helo shot, the first thing people notice are the other boats
    in the photos! Everyone is invited.
