    Default New outside bar in Havasu

    Just came back from doing a bid at the Agave Inn soon to be the Havasu Heat Hotel. They are converting the second story patio(huge) into an outside bar area. It looks right out at the channel. This bar area is above the stores. The bar is a huge "horseshoe" shape, they are going to have outside furniture and tables to sit at. They are putting a huge tent like cover over it with some new state of the art misting system. Suppose to open in two weeks. If you have ever sat outside at the Javelina Cantina, you would have looked right at and over this area to see the water. This looks like to be a new NICE hang out!!
    A company out of California bought the property and is re doing everything, you probably noticed the outside color changed about a month ago.

    Thanks for the info ... Looks like I'll have to find my favorite spot at this bar too now.

    mmmm, sounds like Jack may have to visit for the grand opening. Just kidding, but I would not want them to go broke on the first nite... I have been known to spend a little extra on a bar tab from time to time...

    Aren't there hotel rooms right off that balcony? I know there are hotel rooms just above that balcony so it seems like the hotel patrons may have some sleepless nights.

    They were working on those rooms, I don't think they are rooms anymore, but you are probably right about any room close by!! They made some suite rooms downstairs by the shops also.

    Found out the bar is to be open by the 4th weekend.

    Going to be a great new place with a KILLER view!!

    you changed your post, what happened to the hi end content and they werent buyin it from you...

    they will be getting it from someplace, or we will bring our own... haha, otherwise I am just gonna have straight for the makers mark I guess.
