I've been meaning to try one, but most of the reviews I've read weren't very good...

140 bpm is what the average in shape 30 year olds heart beat is when running at half speed for extended amount of time.

I got one in Victorville on the way to Havi. It was huge and tasted great!!

I then had to make an emergency landing in Ludlow as the ass-leak alarm came on. I didn't think I was going to make it. I was one-cheeking it all the way into the gas station, then ran for my life. I freckled the bowl big time.

My wife was laughing her ass off at me the entire time.

And it is also at the point you would get your best workout. You don't want to overdo it when trying for weight loss.

The "Tour" guys resting heart rate is what? About 40 to 50 beats per minute?? I think mine is over 70 now.

Thats hilarious. Why does it seem to get tougher to hold as you get closer to the bowl.

Life is all about ass, you're either covering it, hauling it, laughing it off, kicking it, kissing it, busting it, trying to get a piece of it, or behaving like one.

The guys up front are at around 150. Of course, everything is in "watts" these days. Resting? Who rests?

The only way AZJD will get 140 on his bike is when he is pushing it 'cuz it ran out of gas...lol.
