I walked thru the house while it was under construction. A little over the top. Its in one of Boulder Citys nicer neighborhoods. What is amazing is how well they used the land for house, car and motor home and boat garages, pools, moats, tennis courts and other amenities...
Let me just say, I know for a fact that this person does NOT sell moulding for a living.
Whats really nice, is the owners willingness too share something like that with people they may or may not know. To have something as special and fantasy-like as that is amazing. Very nice.
I worked on that pool years ago. The owner was in Cosmetics. I think he was the owner of Max Factor. A Few contractors were ran off the job. A Labor died when a tree fell on him as they were installing it. We did some cool suff there with the Pirate theme and all. Thanks for getting the google earth pic. They did do an amazing job with the property. It's really not that big of a footprint. But it's definitely over the top!!! Very nice.
Theres a house in Palm Springs that is simular with a pirate ship in the pool area.
Ok, so the owners oen Nu Skin. I heard they were also the one's that bought the HUGE house overlooking the nasty canyon on Powell. If so, then they are living the LIFE for sure!

Bingo. I just didn't want to say too much, but hell, everyone around here knows who owns it. It is on Lido way. The house next door (the white one) was up for sale for 1.4. It needs a ton of work, but where it is, is awesome. It just sold for 780k. It was a fricken steal. When the market changes, whoever bought it will make a fortune.
It is a great place. There is always something going on there. My parents always get a kick out of how busy the place is.
You do however have to sign a waiver to hang out. I think that is totally understandable. Some ding bat cuts his or her head swinging from some pirate skeletons nuts and the next thing you know; the house is locked and owned by the moron that worked at 7-11 down the street.

That company is a fricken major $$$ maker. Insane. I just did an msn search in images and found Erik Roner and his crew stopped by there in May. He had a whole story posted....that's all.
AND he owns/owned Brother Derek! That's a great way to be a money-wrecker......horses. Fricken nuts! I gotta go see what else I can find, this is crazy!!
