Default Anybody have any handguns for sale?

Wife and I went shooting last weekend at a gun club in sage last weekend and had a great time. Probably going to join for some weekend fun. Unfortunatly when I had my kids I was paranoid about the guns in the house and sold them all. Well the kids are grown up and gone and the wife and I are going to join but I need to pick up a couple guns to go shooting with. Pm me with what you got to sell and i,ll let you know. I live in Fullerton,ca so something local would be great. Thanks Mike

There are a bunch of gun web sites out there (calguns.net for one) that have private party sales forums. Be sure that you go through a FFL for the transfer...

BTW, I am keeping all of mine

Why go thru a FFL??? Something else for the government to keep track of on you. Person to person buying and selling of handguns is no crime (in most places) and there is no need to the Govt. to know about it. The heck with them. The only things the govt. needs to know about is the class 3 stuff.

If you have a friend in the PD have him run the SN# before you buy it.

Big no no in CA. Instant felony. You can even get busted for intent. Go to turners or move to a free state...

For the love of God someone delete this thread.... you are asking for nothing but trouble trying to buy a gun online for cash. Use a licensed dealer.... the feds have no humor with this....trust me, Im speaking from personal experience.

This is a huge no no anywhere in the United States. It's 10 years to the buyer and the seller no questions asked!!!

Not true. I know California is definitely a no go but Arizona, no problem.

As long as you don't get caught. To my knowledge you have to be a dealer here in Az to sell a handgun.

I don't think there is a problem asking to buy a gun. Just make sure the sale is done right. You can not just give a person money and they hand it to you. You pay for the gun, the seller brings it to a FFL dealer until you are cleared in 10 days. It might be easier to just go down to a gun dealer and buy a new or consigned gun there.
