There tons of them on there.
I need to find something kind of temporary, a year at the best. Don't want to make the rental permanent, just need to wait for our house to sell in Kentucky. I appreciate the help, and have no clue what areas are descent.
Keep em coming.
Thanks so much,
JJ
What city are you going to be working in? I love my 7.1 mile drive to work. Any thing I need is 2 miles away, or less. Other than Marvin at www.stickystuffsale.com I don't drive around much. Oh lakes are 45 and 60 minutes away.
Stay as close to work as you can get, with out having to look at the chit hole on your days off. I lived in Snottsdale for 2 years, they can keep that place. Most of the homes in Tempe are older, it's land locked and they have no room to grow. Plenty of new or newer homes in Gilbert/Chandler to rent. Stay away from any house that has APS, high electric rates. Mesa will nail you with trash and water, no land tax. Johnson ranch the same. $100.00 a month for water 1 gallon or your limmit of 3,000 gallons, it's all 100 bucks out there. Stay away from Maricopa, yes it's cheap. But it the Valleys biggest Cul-Da-Sac, one way in and one way out. When there is a little fender bender it can back up for miles and hours. The foothills are good but high rent as well.
All i know is....Chandler has a glorious Skate park, and its free!
Just my .02
