And our gov't thinks they can audit banks to see if they've viable?

What did I miss here? Shouldn't the gov't fix their own junk before attempting to fix the private sector's problems?

How does the usps lose $3B in one year? imo they have not changed with the times. lets see...on line banking, email, etc. Probably means less mail right? Only thing a real business can do is reduce head count and scale back. Not the usps, just the opposite. They continue to hire and expand.

I certainly hope we haven't given any bonuses to the usps people.

hey rat, to my understanding is that the usps is not directly affiliated with the feds, something about that it is its own sector..(company)..funds its self..

For the government they actually did pretty good. I hope they bonus the ceo

directly or indirectly, imo doesn't matter.

USPS is actually a great service as long as you aren't in a hurry. What other service can deliver a letter, card etc for 41 cents?

ok well you know more than i do, just got some vague info a few years ago, from who? i dont know. i stand corrected. anyway it doesnt surprise me..everybody is losing there a*s, i had a postal worker tell me that the fuel cost last year was hurting them????
