As soon as a suspect kills, all negotiating should be over, providing he's not holding anyone.....dust his ass!
I say burn down the house, if he comes out, open fire. Sad part is they will have to arrest him, he'll go to jail and be a hero for killing a cop and we'll have to support him the rest of his life.
Scumbag must have been a good shot. Probably 2 headshots/neck since swat wears body armor.

Just watched the house burn...F him!!
Looks like they had another exchange of gun fire, but this time they got him.
I am sadden I have known Randy for 20 yearshe was a good guy and an outstanding officer. My heart goes out to his family
