Anyone know of a company that has an "A" license that may be willing to JV?

Can you be a bit more specific? There are like 15 different types of "A" licenses from engineering to paving to pool and landscape construction

p.s. It does go up to A-21 for those who don't want to sit down and count the different classes... so there.

I have a friend that has an A-21.......but he is down south recuiting

we are in ca but started in az works slow here we do demo grading excavating shoring blasting and some under ground do we do what you need
