    Default Annual service for 496HO

    I know there was tons of info on the old site but can anybody give me a ball park idea on what to expect for the annual service for a 496ho. I am guessing they will change impeller and water pump. What is inclueded in the annual service? We got about 55hrs on the boat.

    Last time at Savage:
    oil and water filters, inline fuel filter, impeller, engine and drive oil and 5 hours of labor = about $600

    They also:
    pull/check allign on drive, lube the u joints/gimbal/coupler/splines, load test all incl ellectrical, topped off my trailer bearings, hookedup to computer bor onboard diagnostic and confirmed my engine hours.

    They also picked it up from my storage in Parker.

    E, call Chris at Prestige... 928-6803344.

    He takes care of mine and he will also be able to take care of any of your warranty items... Let me know if you need some help getting it to him, between us both we can get it done for ya. Great to see you guys this weekend!

    Yeah between 5 and 6 hundy. I vote for Absolute but would not hesitate to go to Savage or Prestige if there was no Absolute.

    service doesn't usually include the water pump. figure $350.00 to $500.00 should be normal. Try Lakeland Marine, Savage or Gary's

    I use Absolute for everything those guys always hook me up, I usually just call Aron tell him what I want he picks the boat up at storage and puts it back when he's done.
