    how deep is the deepest part of lake havasu?

    in excess of 30'?

    from a fishing site........
    During the winter months, normal surface level is about 446 NGVD. Maximum depth in the lower one-third of the lake is about 75 ft. Average lake depth is about 30 ft. The river section,upstream from the sandbar, offers an average depth of about 12 ft. with scour holes that extend to about 50 ft. and sand or rock bars just under the surface.

    I think Parker Dam is the deepest in North America. The bedrock is cut out several hundred feet too.

    no, i am gonna be buying some brand new anchor line next week and was trying to figure out in my head how much i might need. i primarily boat in havasu and parker.

    I carry a 100' for my box anchor, never been in a place where that wasnt enough.

    i gotcha ...

    it's not too often that we venture down past steamboat, but the possibility is always there. i just want to be sure i am covered anywhere i go.
