Should we assume that Elim's banks have turned them down. Not a lot of banks out there right now. Shueman, with Elim, just posted in another thread that financing on boats has gotten a bit easier.

Yes I do, that's why I choose that word. Gotta be a reason he's not useing them though. Bought my previously owned Elim from them with a very hassel free and low rate loan.you know what they say when you assume

Borrowers have solid credit. 740+ mid ficos. Very little debt, unsure of debt ratios because I did a FHA Streamline refi for them with no appraisal and no income verification. They did not mention if they inquried with financing through Elim., but I do not believe they did.

Elim got mine at about 1/2 point lower than my own bank and about 1/4 below my credit union. My Fico was a bit higher but not a lot. If they really are serious about the boat, I'm surprized Carl let them get away without an app. done.
BTW, I've heard that if ANDY01 can't get it done, nobody can. He's got a good rep.
